Job Description
As a Strategy Associate at Leanor, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing business transformation projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with consultants and senior leaders to analyze operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and market analysis to support the development of client strategies.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze operational and financial data.
- Assist in the design of process improvements and performance frameworks.
- Create presentations, reports, and visual insights to communicate your findings.
- Support client workshops, strategy sessions, and project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
